Cradle to Crayons strongly values the importance of play-based programs. All of our highly qualified programs are based on current research and are planned by our experienced and qualified early childhood educators. The high quality educational program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and features both play based learning activities and intentional teaching for each individual child. Educators regularly provide updates on the program and each child's progress through daily stories, photos and child portfolios. The centre offers excellent learning environments for young children with specially designed indoor and outdoor play spaces, boasting natural play areas and ample playground facilities along with a wide range of resources to develop children's play and learning. At Cradle to Crayons we recognise our Educators as being our most valuable resource and as such they are highly qualified, caring and committed to providing the best care possible for all children. We provide our team with ongoing training and professional development which ensures continued innovative, creative and inspired practices. The Queensland Government approved Kindergarten educational program is implemented by our qualified Early Childhood Teacher. Possessing over 25 years valuable experience in the early childhood industry our ECT is equipped with the knowledge and skills to maximise children's learning through a play-based emergent curriculum.
