The first centre at Cornubia was founded in 2006, when David and Rachel were looking for care for their 2 young children. They discovered that, while there are many child care centres around, there are very few which offer the standard of care and services they were looking for. They saw a need for superior services in the market place.

After deciding to establish an early learning centre, David and Rachel focused on one important philosophy, to run a centre where they personally would be completely happy to leave their own children. The focus on having happy parents is a direct result of having happy children at the centre. And, while this concept might seem obvious, it creates an atmosphere of continuous improvement. One in which the owners, directors and staff are continually working towards to creating a positive environment for the children.
