  We have been part of the Journey Alphington family for over 2 years and have just started our second child there. The wonderful staff create a caring and nurturing atmosphere providing a secure environment for the children to explore and learn. We have found the size of the centre to be ideal. Whilst it is big enough to provide breadth of experiences and variety of activities, it is also small enough that we can walk in and know the staff across all rooms and for them to know our children too. We have been very happy with the level of personalisation of care and individual attention our children receive. There is a wonderful sense of community and in many ways the staff and children at Journey are an extension of family. We feel very lucky to have our children attending Journey Alphington. Whilst it is difficult to put our children into the care of others, at Journey we have peace of mind that they are being nurtured, developing a sense of self, building relationships and acquiring the skills, confidence and love of learning required as they move from childcare to school, work and everyday life.
